UPSEE Exam Eligibility

To appear in the UPSEE Exam, a candidate must meet the eligibility criteria of this entrance exam. The details of UPSEE Exam eligibility criteria are mentioned below:

Nationality: Indian/NRI/FN/PIO candidates are required for UPSEE Exam eligibility.

Age Limit: UPSEE Exam has no age limit.

Qualifying Exam and Subject Combination

To appear in UPSEE Exam, a candidate must have passed 10+2 from a UP Board/any other board or any equivalent exam. The combination of subject required in the qualifying examination against to the course opted by the applicant is provided in the table below.

B.Tech (Bio Technology)	(i) Physics & (ii) Mathematics OR Biology	Chemistry/ Bio-Technology / Technical Vocational subject
B.Arch	Physics & Mathematics	Chemistry/ CS/ Biology/ Engineering Drawing / Technical Vocational subject
B.Tech (Agriculture Engineering)	Agriculture discipline

Minimum Marks required for the eligibility in UPSEE Exam

Course	Qualifying Marks
B. Tech.	To appear in UPSEE Exam, an applicant must have passed the qualifying exam without taking grace marks and with min. 45% marks (For SC, ST category it should be 40%) in aggregate in required three subjects.
B. Tech. (Bio Technology)	Those who are eligible for B.Tech. (Other streams) are also eligible for B.Tech. (Bio technology)
B. Arch.	Min. 50% marks in aggregate is required in UPSEE Exam along with individually passed in each subject without grace.
B. Tech. (Agriculture Engineering)	UPSEE Exam require a candidate must passed qualifying exam with 45% aggregate marks for General and 40% for SC/ST Category candidates in aggregate without grace. The one who are eligible for B.Tech, are eligible for this course as well.

Domicile: If a candidate passed the qualifying examination from outside UP then he/she need submit the domicile of their parents (either father or mother) at the time of verification of documents for UPSEE Exam.
