Himachal Pradesh University Management Aptitude Test [HPUMAT]

Overview:

HPU MAT is an abbreviation of Himachal Pradesh University Management Aptitude Test conducted by HPU Business School every year. Through HPU MAT, a candidate get the admissions to various MBA programme offered in HPU Business School and HPU Regional Centre, Dharmashala. Formerly, the name of the HPU Business School was Institute of Management Studies. This prestigious business school is situated few kilometers away from Shimla.

Through HPU MAT, around 120 seats are offered to the candidates. Last year around 2800 candidates appear for the HPU MAT and in this current year the number will be expecting to reach around 3000. HPU MAT is an offline objective type test of two-hour duration which will be conducted across various centres in Himachal Pradesh.

Candidate’s final selection will be confirmed on the basis of the combined evaluation of HPU MAT, GD and PI and this same rule is applicable for subsidized category also.
