UPESMET Exam expected 2017 Cutoffs

For pursuing the MBA programme from the UPES, a candidate can either take the UPESMET Exam or must have the score of test in,

• In. 75 percentile in MAT 2016.
• CMAT 2017 / XAT 2017 / CAT 2016 / NMAT 2017 / GMAT Scores

As per the university concern authority, up to 50% seats are filled on the basis of the score obtained by the candidate in above-mentioned National Level Tests. In case, students of such seats are not available then UPES fills these seats on the basis of UPESMET Exam score. For these seats university gets the thousands of applications but they have limited seats. To select the best and deserving one, university will apply

UPESMET Exam Cutoff

Apart from the cutoff, the selection of candidates will also depends on some other parameters like class 10, 12, graduation marks, and work experience (if any) etc. GD/PI  shortlisting.

Factors that will affect UPESMET 2017 Cutoff

The University considered various factors before declaring the UPESMET Exam cutoff. Some of these factors are as follow

• Number of candidates who registered for UPESMET Exam
• No. of candidates who actually took the test
• Number of seats offered for admission to various MBA disciplines
• Candidate’s performance in the UPESMET Exam.
• Difficulty level of the entrance exam
• Previous year UPESMET Exam cutoff.

When UPESMET 2017 Cutoff is applied?

The University applies the cutoff at two stages, which are as follow –

1. After the UPESMET Result declaration
2. At the time of preparation of merit list

A merit list of the UPESMET will be prepared after considering the marks of entrance test and GD/PI round.
