PIMS Exam Application Form Details 2014

The willing candidates can fill the PIMS Exam application forms in either of the modes- Online or Offline as specified for this purpose.

Application Fee & Payment Options

The applicants who wish to apply in online modes must read the online instructions for applications before making an online application. The deserving candidate need to pay the PIMS Exam application fees of Rs1500 for offline submission of application form and Rs1700 for online form respectively. The offline payments can be made through the Demand Drafts drawn in favor of the “Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences, Loni” from either of the following Banks:

State Bank of India Loni/ Central Bank of India, Pravara Medical Trust Loni/ Any other Nationalized Banks Pune

The candidates need to send their completed application forms along with their necessary documents and demand drafts to the specified address before the date of closing applications. The candidates need to attach their recent passport size color photograph which is duly attested by the gazetted officer/ principal of the Institution last attended.
