Go to the official website of JAM Exam.
Click on ‘New User?
Fill necessary information on the enrollment page of JAM Exam.
The details include - name, e-mail id and mobile number.
Also need to set a password for the login id.
After fill the captcha ‘Submit’ it.
Auto-generated unique id display on screen for JAM Exam form.

Successful registration for JAM Exam and application login window

After successful registration for JAM Exam, login for filling JAM Exam form.
Enter the enrollment id and pwd set during online registration of JAM Exam. Enter captcha, click on ‘Submit’ and log in the JAM Exam form.

Filling the online applications

Fill other information like JAM exam cities, dob, gender, category, parent’s name, nationality, communication address and qualifying degree besides uploading photograph, signature and thumb impression.

Declaration and review of filled-in details

Read self-declaration form and click on ‘I accept the declaration’ check-box provided in the page.
Click on ‘Save and View’ button.
After reviewed the JAM Exam form, ‘Proceed to payment’ button for fees.
