As per the analysis CLAT Exam was quite difficult than previous year paper. There was negative marking of one-fourth of a mark for each incorrect attempt.

The English section was a bit difficult this time. The passage was quite tough. There were five questions on modifiers and parallelisms. There were 10 questions of spelling corrections, out of which 6-7 were from mocks. There were 10 ques. of sentence correction which was a little difficult, with at least one question having two correct answer choices. Overall, an attempt of 33-35 should be considered a good one.
This section has average type of questions. it was an easy section and an attempt of 35-36 should be good enough.
This section has 20 questions which was difficult. An attempt of 10-12 should see you in safe zone.
The GK part was dominated by current affairs, questions testing knowledge of Personalities, Economy, and International Organizations comprised a good part of the section. A good attempt in this section would be about 37-40 questions.
The legal aptitude section was not exactly a cakewalk, though legal reasoning was easy.
