AAEEE Registration & Application Form           

• The application form will be available from the official website of the university.
• The AAEEE Application Form will be available in online/offline from 1st week of Feburary 2025.

Step by Step process for online application for AAEEE:

Step 1: Registration

• Search for the AAEEE application form on the website.
• Candidates applying for AAEEE through online mode are required to visit the official website to register themselves.

Step 2: AAEEE Application Form Filling

• The candidate needs to fill all his personal and academic details which are mentioned.

Step 3: Academic Part

• The candidate needs to fill his academic part of the AAEEE application form.
• The candidate needs to fill regarding extracurricular activities, and regarding hostel facilities.

Step 4: Upload Documents

• The candidate needs to upload documents regarding recent photograph and signature.
• The candidate needs to upload relevant documents regarding academic side.

Step 5: Fee Payment

• The AAEEE application fee will be INR 600 if paid by cash if it is DD INR 650 and For SC/ST students only INR 300 by cash or INR 350 by post on producing the attested copy of community certificate)

 Step by Step process for Offline Application for AAEEE:

• The AAEEE application form will also be available at the official center of Avinashilingam University.
• Candidates applying offline can collect the application form from the Avinashilingam University counter and get started with the application procedure.
• The candidate must fill up the required sections like personal and academic details.
• The candidate needs to submit the forms of the photocopy of valid mark sheets along with application form.
• The candidate needs to paste a recent photograph and signed by the candidate and by his guardian/parents.
• The applicant must pay the AAEEE application fee at the time of submitting the form for successful completion of the AAEEE application.
• The AAEEE application fee will be INR 600 if paid by cash if it is DD INR 650 and For SC/ST students only INR 300 by cash or INR 350 by post on producing the attested copy of community certificate) drawn in favor of The Registrar, Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women, payable at Coimbatore.

Necessary documents to be enclosed along with the AAEEE application form:

• Proof of the Date of Birth
• Sc or equivalent mark sheet
• Transfer and Conduct certificate from the Head of the Institution last studied
• Medical Certificate
• Community Certificate
• Passport size photographs – 3 numbers
• Migration Certificate
• Valid Id-Proof from Government
