How to Apply

Students willing to enroll into ITM University programs can get the admission forms at ITM Gwalior Counselling Cell or fill them online at the website named itmuniversity.ac.in.

Application form for the entrance test i.e. ITM NEST in ITM University can be accessed by offering fees worth Rs. 1000 by the counseling cell of this University. Students can also send 1000 in the form of a demand draft which should be drawn in favor of thisUniversity i.e. ITM University which should be payable at the city of Gwalior along with a covering letter which should be addressed to the “Director (Admission & Counselling)” of ITM University. The candidates are required to request for the ITM University application form and are also needed to indicate their postal address. When the DD receipt is received, the application form will be directly sent to the candidate through the post. Candidates are also required to write their name, phone number as well as their complete address on the back side of demand draft.

After downloading the form, they can submit it along with the demand draft of Rs. 1000 in the events of application and Rs. 11000 in the events of registration which will be drawn at ITM University which will be payable at Gwalior.

Apply Offline

Candidates must ensure to correct every information which has been filled by them in the application form. The codes of the courses should be correctly typed in the form. The application form (along with the demand draft of Rs. 1000) should be sent by the candidate and also the required photocopies of the documents through the registered post to the ITM University Gwalior address.

Admission Procedure

Admission to any course of ITM University is done through entrance exam of ITM known as ITM NEST & also through other entrance exams such as NATA/XAT/CAT/ATMA/CMAT/PRE MCA/PAT. For PG and Ph.D. courses, written tests, entrance tests, interviews and GD will be conducted.
