About College

Rashtriya Vidyalaya College of Engineering is a privately owned autonomous technical co-ed college that was established in 1963 in Bangalore. Run by Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust, RVCE institution is affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum and is accredited by the AICTE, New Delhi, and National Board of Accreditation. Many student projects of the college are supported by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is the most notable one.

The campus of RV College of Engineering is spread over an area of 52 acres in a perfect ambiance that is located 13 KM from the Silicon Valley of India on Mysore Road, Bangalore. Other facilities of the campus include multimedia projectors in classrooms, secured wi-fi enabled campus, lifts, and ramps for differently-abled students, a spacious food court with a capacity of 100 people at a time, transport facility for students and staff, on-campus bank and postal service, health center, space for outdoor as well as indoor games, gymnasium, Reprographic facilities, and on-campus 4 hostel facility for boys and other 4 in Jayanagar, J.P. Nagar, and Rajarajeshwari Nagar meant exclusively for girls. The most preferred college of Bangalore interacts with various influential companies such as ABB, Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), DELL, WIPRO, Gas Turbine Research Establishment (GTRE), and the Indian Railways.

    What about Placement Ratings?

      In the current placement session most of the guys of 2016 batch are placed. Here is the department wise figure ECE 180 out of 215 eligible students ,CSE 110 out of 120 eligible students, ISE 105 out of 120 eligible students, TCE 53 out of 60 eligible students complete data is not available but placement is very good and it is expected that at the end of current session all eligible students will get placed.
