KNS Institute of Technology was established in the year 2001. College is inaugurated by Mrs. Sonia Gandhi in the presence of Shri S. M. Krishna, Former C.M. of Karnataka in the year 2002. The college is offers 5 engineering undergraduate courses and a post graduate computers course. College is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University and is approved by AICTE. It has also got recognition from Govt. of Karnataka. College campus is spread on the 20 acres of land in Bangalore City.

Is it good College ?
From the teaching side college is good. Faculties are well knowledged. They are concerned about each and every student. From infrastructure side its not up to the mark. But still what we need the most (library, labs) are available will manage. Classrooms are well maintained.
