Entrance Exam & Admissions
Admission in SGSITS, Indore is done via JEE mains, which is conducted every year in mid summer(April/May). After results, shortlisting is done on the basis of respective branch cutoffs and obtained marks. Further admission process is comprised of 3 counseling rounds and accordingly seats are alloted to the students in the different branches.Following are opening and closing ranks of the branches in round 1 in 2017. Internships programmes offered to the students have significantly increased in 2017.Number of companies came to the campus . Some of these are-
-Goldman Sachs - stipend(1.5 lakh), 8-9 students selected.

Fees & Scholarships
As it is a government college, fees are nominal as compared to other colleges. Normally it is around 65k-70k per year. Scholarships are provided to the category students.
Academics & Faculty
College is scheduled 5 days a week. Regular classes are taken by faculties of the respective subjects. Good theoretical knowledge can be obtained but practical knowledge given to the students is less than required. Experienced faculties are present in the core branches with moderately supportive nature.
College Infrastructure
Overall Infrastructure of the college is average. Labs are there for the respective departments with having majority of concerned equipments. College is equipped with a central library and gym and LAN connection is provided to the students.
Food Services & Hostel
Hostel facility and Food is average.
