Eligibility Criteria for graduate & Post Graduate Programmes
B.Design: The ones who are likely to get Admission in B.Design courses of UID are required to get passed or appearing any stream or 3 Years Diploma (Equivalent to 10 +2 from any recognized higher secondary boards as per the list of COBSE List .
M.Design: The ones who are likely to get Admission in M.Design courses of UID are required to get pass/appearing 10+2+3/4 degree or 5 years Diploma pass/appearing (Any Stream) from any recognized institution or university.
Admissions Procedure of UID
The candidates are required to have valid marks in the qualifying exam so as to meet the eligibility conditions of the admission.
Application Process of UID
Candidates are supposed to submit the form via online &offline both modes.
They can easily pay their admission fees through their Debit Card, Credit Card, Net banking.

Evaluation Process-
- General Category Window - UID’s Two-Tier Evaluation Process-
o Tier 1: UID DAT (100 Marks) Schedules in Online Mode on 07th January 2024
o Tier 2: Situation Test (ST) and Portfolio Evaluation (PE) at UID Campus based on preference given in the Application 2024-25.
- NRI/ NRI Spons. / Management/ Foreign category
The selection under this category is based on Digital Portfolio Submission and Evaluation of the same.
Final Admission Eligibility-
- General Category: Clearance of UID’s Two-Tier Evaluation process and a minimum 50% aggregate score in the last qualifying examination.
- NRI/ NRI Spons. / Mgmt./ Foreign: Selection based on Digital Portfolio Evaluated and a minimum 50% aggregate score in the last qualifying examination.
