Overview Information
About College
MANAGE was established by Ministry Of Agriculture, Government of India in 1987 as the National Centre for Management of Agricultural Extension at Hyderabad as an autonomous institute, from which its acronym MANAGE is derived.
- In 1992 recognizing its importance, its status was exalted to National Institute and its name changed to its present name the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management.
- The institute is a response to challenges of agricultural extension in diverse agriculture sector where policies of economy and level of agricultural technology is becoming more complex. MANAGE aims at implanting managerial and technical skills to the Extension Officers, Scientists and Managers in agricultural economy.
- MANAGE is sprawled over an artistically landscaped area of 17 hectares which has beautiful lawns, academic blocks, residential blocks ,hostels, library, computer centers and many more other facilities.
- MANAGE campus is located at a distance of 18 km from Hyderabad Airport, 16 km from Hyderabad Railway Station and 24 km from Secunderabad Railway Station.
- There are many eminent faculty members at MANAGE and they also provide services from faculties of IIMs, XLRI,NITIE etc

Extracurricular: Some clubs and committees are formed at MANAGE to enhance knowledge and skills of building managers. Some of them are following-
- Agri-Trac, the Food and Agribusiness Club
- Nivesh, the Finance Club
- B-Fest Committee
- Mark-AG, the Marketing ClubStudents’ Club for Augmenting Innovations (SCAI)
- There are also some schemes,agri-business centers and a Kisan call Center inside the MANAGE campus.
Placement Description:
- MANAGE has been the pioneer in taking the agri-business management to greater heights and it can be seen in the profile of the companies in which its students got placed.
- In 2013 INR 7.07 lakhs was the average salary offered. The highest package was Rs 18 lakhs. A total of five pre placement offers (PPOs) were grabbed by the students.
- Students were placed in world-class firms working across a gamut of sectors ranging from Agri-Input, Procurement, Banking, Finance & Consultancy.

Infrastructure:

Campus |
Spread over 17 hectares lush green MANAGE campus is located away from the noise and pollution of the city. The infrastructure comprises academic and residential blocks. Academic blocks having air- conditioned classrooms equipped with teaching and learning aids such as LCD projectors, digital writing board, Wi-Fi connectivity and computer systems |

Hostels |
PGDM-ABM being a fully residential program, the campus offers accommodation facilities to students. The hostel block consists of 168 rooms. All the rooms are connected with intercom facility. The hostel has arrangements for hygienic food. |

Library |
The resource centre, Chaudhary Charan Singh Cyberary has a collection of books, educational videos and online resources. It has 10,000 books on management, agriculture and allied aspects. The Cyberary also has 170 Indian and foreign journals, over 100 newsletters and conference proceedings. |

IT Support |
The IT center at MANAGE houses 200 computers with Wi-Fi connectivity. A video-conferencing facility is also available to connect institute to other universities in India. |

Recreation and Health Center |
Sports and recreation activities like tennis, badminton, swimming, squash, table tennis, snooker, Carrom, and chess are enjoyed by students. There is also a gymnasium. A healthcare center with doctor and nursing staff is available on campus. |

Guest house |
Facilities on campus for guests includes fully furnished air-conditioned rooms. |
