About College

Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K), Srinagar came into existence after bifurcating Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (SKUAST) by the amendment of 1998-99. The parent SKUAST was formed by an act of State Legislature in 1982. The University is funded by State Govt. & ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research). It is headquartered at Shalimar, Srinagar.
