Dr GRD Damodaran Teacher Training Institute is the pioneer Institution in the field of teacher education. It is a full fledged college imparting B.Ed. The College also offers a 2 year Diploma Course in Teacher Education (D.T.Ed.) Programme for students. The college was established by GRD Trust in tune with the vision of Prof. G.R.Damodaran who had the dream to start a college of Education. The College has an effective placement programme which aims at procuring jobs for the student. The placement brochure is distributed to eminent schools not only in Coimbatore but also in the other districts.
