Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Institute of Textile Management, Coimbatore is only institution in the country approved by Ministry of Textiles. Founded in 2002, the college offers courses with in-depth knowledge of textile industry with an aim to create pioneers who can take the Indian textile industry to the next level. It has MoU with Technical University of Liberec (TUL), Czech Republic and AICTE approval. The college was rated A in B-School Survey ranking by Business India
