Priyatam Institute of Technology and Management, Indore was established in the year 2007. College is governed by Prestige Education Society. It is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Technical University. It provides 6 engineering degree courses and a post graduate management course. Admission in B.E. courses are based on the MPCET and JEE Mains.

Admission eligibility for 1) MBA - Graduation and a bachelors degree in any discipline obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India. 2) B.E - (10+2) or Equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry or Biotechnology, Language and anyother subject with a minimum of 45% marks. Admission criteria is PET Madhya Pradesh.
