Sri Krishna Arts and Science College, also known as SKASC Coimbatore, was established in 1997 by V.L.B. Trust. It is an ISO Certified and Co-educational Institution. It offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and research program courses. Highly qualified, dedicated faculty who do not compromise the standards bring accolades to this institution. They are to be specially mentioned for student’s achievements in bagging University ranks It is well located in Sugunapuram which is just next to the national highway No. 47, the campus covers 15 acres of area.

• Facilities: The college has 24-hour internet access. Science Labs are equipped with IBM Servers. Campus Library covers 30,000 Sq. ft. Area. The Library has a wide range of books collection for all departments.
• e-Learning: Provides 24/7 E-Learning Facility to Students and can be accessed by students and staff anytime anywhere. It has 90 computers installed specially for this purpose. All new methods and techniques in teaching, as well as learning, are employed to impart knowledge and skills to students at SKASC in its various departments.
• Hostel: Separate Hostel Facilities for Boys and Girls. All the rooms are well furnished. Hygienic food and distilled and treated water are provided to students.
• Computer Lab: well equipped computer labs facilitate pupil's training in Data Base Management Systems, various scripting languages and web designing techniques. Students can enjoy a minimum of 24 contact hours per week.
• Placement cell: A number of students have been placed in leading corporate through the efficiently functioning Placement Cell of the institution which in turn is governed by two specially appointed placement officers
