I'm an ex Aakashian of Chennai/Southern campus (Adyar branch)… Trust me, I asked the same question 1 year ago. And the answer is “NO”. NEET is far easy when compared to the question level asked in Aakash. For example, if u find the difficulty level of Aakash test to be 75%, in NEET it would be around 25–35%. The materials Aakash provides is way advanced than what you read in NCERT as it includes topics from advanced mbbs and bds level books. They just give you additional information so that when you enter into a college as a medical professional, you'll get an edge over the subject than the other students.
