What mistakes should students avoid when learning technology ?

One common mistake is trying to learn too many technologies at the same time. Students may jump between Python, Java, AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, web development, and other areas without developing a strong foundation in any of them. Another mistake is focusing only on certificates. Certifications can demonstrate learning, but practical projects and a clear understanding of fundamentals are also important. A better approach is to choose one learning path, build foundational knowledge, practise regularly, complete projects, and gradually expand into related technologies.
