Good afternoon. I am seeking some advice regarding VvE (Homeowners Association) regulations in Amsterdam. I am planning to install soundproofing drop ceilings in my apartment to reduce impact noise from the neighbors above. I need a certified contractor who works according to the Dutch Building Decree (Bbl) so the VvE approves my plans without issues.
