How is Manipal University for doing an MBA ?

Manipal University as such doesn't have an MBA programme. However, T.A Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) in Manipal is amongst the top ranked B-schools in India after the IIMS and other private schools like XLRI, SP Jain or NM. I'm pretty sure it has good infrastructure and placements are also decent. Also Manipal is a very student friendly town and a great place to pursue any course (if looking for student life) EDIT: Apparently, MU does have an MBA program in it’s School of Management (SOM) which I hadn’t heard of before. It must be decent infrastructure wise. If you simply want to have an MBA degree then it would be good. But it’s nowhere compared to the well-known B-schools.
