How do I transfer Thunderbird folders into Apple Mail? ?

When I switched from Mozilla Thunderbird to Apple Mail, I faced a big problem transferring my mailbox folders. At first, I thought I could directly move the Thunderbird files into Apple Mail, but none of the emails appeared properly. After searching for solutions, I found that Thunderbird folders need to be exported in MBOX format before importing them into Apple Mail. I installed the ImportExportTools NG add-on in Thunderbird and exported all my folders as MBOX files. Then, I opened Apple Mail and selected File > Import Mailboxes > Files in MBOX Format. After choosing the exported files, Apple Mail successfully imported all my emails and folders. However, the manual process was time-consuming for large amounts of mailbox data.
