I researched a site called ibspot because some products were hard to find elsewhere. Browsing ibspot showed many complaints about delayed delivery, vague tracking info, or difficulty contacting support. On the flip side, a few users said their orders arrived fine and fairly quickly. My takeaway: before buying, check a mix of good and bad reviews, see if support is responsive, and confirm return/refund procedures. Also, use payment methods that allow dispute resolution, like credit cards.
I always look for real customer photos, not just polished marketing images. If tracking is missing for more than a week, I start asking questions. I avoid ordering from places that only accept obscure payment methods or have no visible business address. Trust starts with transparency.
