S. C. M. S. School of Engineering and Technology (SSET), Ernakulam was established in 2001 under SCMC Group of Educational Institutions. The college is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The ISO 9001:2008 Certification for SSET by RINA, Italy for quality teaching systems in engineering and technology subjects has gone a long way in establishing its credentials as an institution, which has built its reputation on quality. It is situated at Palissery near Karukutty, just 8 km away from Angamaly and 7 Km from Koratty infopark.

  • Classrooms: The college has 60 spacious classrooms with multimedia projectors and OHPs.
  • Computer Lab: The computer lab has 707 computers connected in network having 2 Leased line Internet connectivity with a speed of 10Mbps, Licensed versions of software like Oracle, Java, VB, C++, Unix, Windows etc.
  • Laboratories: All the laboratories are well equipped with latest tools and technologies.
  • Library: The Library has a collection of over 32005 books on all relevant engineering and technology subjects. It subscribes to 107 national and 23 international journals.
  • Hostel: Separate hostels for men and women are available in the campus. The Men’s Hostels can accommodate 475 male students and the Ladies’ Hostel can accommodate 350 female students.
