About College

Rawal Institute of Engineering and Technology (RIET) is a leading institute in the region imparting quality technical education to the students. It was established in 2009 under the motivation of Goyal Educational & Welfare Society, Faridabad. Located in a green lush area in Faridabad, the college provides all the modern facilities to the students. The institute has got approval from AICTE, New Delhi for its various courses and is affiliated to Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak.

Clubs:

• Cultural club- The institute is focusing on the overall development of the students. For this purpose, a step is in the form of cultural activities. The institute offers a variety of opportunities to participate in cultural, literary, and non-literary activities like music, dance, skit, poetry, etc.
• Personality Development Club- This club is committed to help the students develop their personal skills. The institute has well-resourced Language Lab to smooth their communication skill. Several other modules are also provided to boost their communication skills, debating skills, discussion skills, interview skills, and business etiquettes.
• Corporate Interface Club- This club mainly provides knowledge of the corporate world through sharing of experience, networking among the executives, and managers. The club acts as a bond between the industries & institute

Library:

A well-stocked library with textbooks, reference books, journals, periodicals, etc. is provided for the students and faculty members. A number of appreciated and eminence journals and periodicals are also subscribed in the library.

Hostel:

Separate hostels for boys and girls are provided in the campus. The rooms are spacious, well-ventilated and fully-furnished hence making the hostel life much easier and comfortable for students. Option for  A/C room is also available.

Conditions to avail scholarship facility:

• The aggregate of class XII result (CBSE only) will be considered only.
• All India Rank will be considered only.
• Students admitted in category A, B & C will have to maintain 80% & above in each semester (University Examination) to retain the scholarship through.
• Students admitted in category D & E will have to maintain 75% & above in each semester (University Examination) to retain the scholarship through.
• Re appear at any stage means withdrawal of scholarship forever with immediate effect without any information.
• At the time of admission, students will deposit one time caution money(Rs. 2000/- approx.) which is refundable after completion of course.
• Scholarship is solely at the discretion of Board of Management.
