About College
Mayurakshi Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET) was established in the year 2009. The environment of campus is calm and pollution free. Students are guided to achieve the excellence in practice by faculty and lab technicians. All the laboratories have been developed using the requisite guidelines prescribed universally for safety. The campus is pervaded by endless space and is highly conducive in academic learning.

Facilities:
Library- The library is spread in 5000 sq. ft. in area. It has a large collection of books, reference books and reports. It regular subscribes national and international journals.
Hostel- The college has 3 hostel for boys with capacity of 400 students and 1 hostel for girls with capacity of 100 students.
Sports- The college has the excellent games facility including football, cricket, volleyball, basketball and badminton etc.
Scholarships:
- Boys students getting 70% and above marks in the 12th class will get 20% scholarship in tuition fee in first year
- Girls students getting 70% of marks and above in their 12th class will get 20% scholarship in tuition fee in first year and free bus transportation
- Students getting 85%-90% marks in 12th class will get 100% relaxation in tuition fee in the first year
- Students getting more than 90% marks in the 12th class will get 100% relaxation in tuition fees in all four years provided a minimum of 75% of marks is scored in each semester of engineering course in the institution

The college has well equipped and fully featured Training & Placement cell the main objective of the T&P cell is to prepare the students for the industries by focusing on their communication skills and personality so that as to place maximum students in the reputed companies.
