About College
Mar Baselios Christian College of Engineering & Technology, Idukki Dist., Kerala is a self financing institution. The college (MBCET) was established in the year 2001. The College is managed by the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church. With state of the art infrastructural facilities, the institute offers a wide range of Graduate and Post Graduate programs in the streams of engineering to the students. The faculty of the college is qualified and experienced and imparts best of education to the students.

Library |
The college has a well equipped library. The library is in an area of about 450 Sq. mt. It has about 25,000 text books volumes with about 5000+ titles in addition to some A/V programs, journals, CDs etc. the college library is fully computerized. |

Hostel |
The college provides separate hostel facility for boys and girls. There are 2 boys hostel which can accommodate 850 students. The campus has 2 girls hostel which can accommodate about 600 students. All hostels are well furnished and facilitated with essential facilities. |

Computer lab |
In the computer centre of the college there are about 60 computer systems. All the systems have latest configurations and latest software’s, the LAN is managed by 3 servers. It also has internet access with the broadband speed of 40 MBPS 24/7 for the students |
