Activities:

  • National Cadet Corps- It aims at developing character and comradeship, as well as keenness for service and capacity for leadership in the youth. The objective is to develop qualities of character, secular outlook, spirit of adventure
  • National Service Scheme- It provides the students an opportunity to understand the community identify its needs and problems as well as the solutions in which they can be involved by assuming social and civic responsibilities
  • National Sports Organization- The National Sports Organization is a scheme of education formulated for creating sports consciousness among students and enable them to develop their physical abilities and skills along with their education. Improvement of physique among the youth during their period of education

  • The college has very well stocked library having over 21185 books
  • There are 54 journals and 14 newspapers
  • The reading room has the capacity of 50 students

Computer Centre:

  • The college computer centre has 120 computers
  • The computer centre is open to both students and teachers. It is also used for conducting practical classes of subjects involving the use of computers

Scholarships to SC/ST students:

Candidates belonging to scheduled caste/tribes are awarded scholarship by the state to which they belong. Such students are advised to obtain application forms from the Accounts Section immediately after their admission and submit the same duly completed along with required certificates before the last date announced each year
