The placement in the college is below average. Many companies visit the college but very few companies hire the students in bulk, which results in lot of students being unplaced. But the placement is gradually increasing and hopefully it ill be on its peak in the near future.

For admission to first year of B Tech, candidate must have passed intermediate examination of UP Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board securing minimum 60 percent marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ ST) in compulsory (Physics and Mathematics) and optional subjects (Chemistry,Bio-Technology, Biology, Computer Science).
