About College
Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Samstha's Cummins College of Engineering For Women, Pune was established in 1991. The college is approved by AICTE and affiliated to University of Pune.
- The College is accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) four times in 1998, 2002, 2006 and 2010.
- The College is reaccredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) in 2012.
- The college offers five undergraduate (UG) degree level programs and two post graduate (PG) programs in engineering.
- The mission of this Institute is to develop women professionals who are academically and technically sound with strong work ethics and above all good human beings.
- The College follows admission rules laid down by ‘Director of Technical Education’, Maharashtra state.
- NAAC awarded “A” Grade to the college

- Gandhar is the intercollegiate cultural fest of organized every year by the students.

Facilities:
Library: The Library of College is well-equipped and was established in 1991. Library has a huge collection of more than 42,000 books, national and international journals. The Library uses SLIM 21 software. It consists of Acquisition, Circulation, Cataloging, Serials control & Web OPAC.

Conference Room: A Conference room of seating capacity of 35 people with video conferencing facility
Hostel: The hostel which is located at a walkable distance to college can accommodate 950 girls.
Sports Facility: College has well equipped ball court and 2 acres of playground
Classrooms: All the classrooms are equipped with multimedia teaching aids like OHP, LCD Projectors, Public Address System.
Auditorium: Two Closed auditoriums with a seating capacity of 200 each and an open auditorium with a seating capacity of 700.
Achievements:
- Students have won awards in the prestigious intercollegiate cultural events like “Purshottam” and “Firodiya”
- Students have won awards in Hockey, Basketball, Chess and many more at intercollegiate, State and National Level
- Cummins College received the IBMM Shared University Research(SUR) Award
- The college has Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed with reputed organizations and colleges like AIC Spain, Emerson India, Ericsson, John Dree, etc.

- The college stands at 67th rank in Indian, in the page of ‘The Week’
- India Today and Outlook has ranked the institute among the top 100 institutes of India.
