Chandubhai S Patel Institute of Technology (CSPIT) was the first educational institution to be established under the new University. The University campus houses the Engineering College along with a host of other educational institution. The rural campus is situated near the Chang village that is between the two cities of Anand and Nadiad.Vision of the college is to become a leading institute for dissemination and creation of knowledge in the frontiers of technology.

Chandubhai Patel Institute Of Technology (CSPIT) is part of Charotar University (CHARUSAT) more commonly known as Changha. Here studies are a crucial thing and attendance is required strictly. The education here is great. The faculties are also great. It has a vast campus like it literally has a lake in it. The only negative thing is the fees which are over 1 lakh per year But the focus on studies here and the infrastructure does compensate.
