Babu Banarasi Das National Institute of Technology & Management, Lucknow (BBDNITM) was established in 1998. It is one of the efforts to cherish the memory of the great and noble soul Babu Banarasi Das Ji, Former Chief Minister, Government of Uttar Pradesh (UP).

  • With a privilege of having inherited his legacy, BBDNITM pioneered and today offers the richest programs in Engineering and Management recognized by All India Council of Technical Education, Govt. of India.
  • The Institute is affiliated to Gautham Budha Technical University, Lucknow.
  • The prime objective of the Institute has been to develop professional attitude, ethics & leadership abilities in students, with the help of professionally qualified, experienced and renowned core faculty and practicing executives. 
  • The State of the art campus of the Institutes offers best and ultramodern academic and infrastructural facilities to the students. The students joining the Institute find it a great temple of learning, pleasant place to stay and a rewarding experience to build a life time career in various professions.

  • The Placement companies at BBDNITM are Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) recruiting students of BBDNITM with an annual package of Rs. 3.16 LPA. Many other companies like ThoughtWorks, HCL, BL Kashyap, Genpact, Compro, SafeNet, DrishtiSoft, Josh Technologies, Innodata Isogen, Mobikwick, IBM and many other top notch companies offering opportunities to the foremost batch of BBDNITM.
  • The highest package offered was Rs 6.5 Lac per Annum and the average package Rs 4.00 Lac per Annum for its outgoing batch.
  • From September 2012-2013 more tha 60 companies visited and 500+ offers created and the salary offered was upto 18 lac per annum.

      Have a good rank in Uttar Pradesh. Situated outside of the city. Campus is so pretty. Education level is also good. Placement is on the basis of your capabilities. Awesome workshops for students.Eco friendly environment. With supportive and very good faculty, the college has a great infrastructure with good placement records, especially for bachelors in CS and IT. This college holds a high ranking among the various private colleges in Uttar Pradesh for the bachelors degree in technology.

      For admission to B.Tech candidate must have clearly passed intermediate examination of U. P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board / University and securing minimum 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST Category candidates) without grace in required. For M.Tech admission candidate Minimum 60% in B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. (Engg.) and for MBA Minimum 50% in graduation or equivalent CGPA/OGPA.
