Khudiram Bose Central College was set up in the backdrop of British rule, in 1893, by one of the magnanimous personalities of the Indian freedom movement-Khudiram Bose. The students of this college are taken care of by the doting teachers so that they can attain mastery in their respective fields.  The institute, being one of the oldest, has great experience and expertise in proffering UG degrees to its students. The college offers study plans or courses in accordance with the directed syllabus given by the Calcutta University. The lecturers are deemed as guides who see to it that the students are always emotionally and academically excelling. Savant pupils are awarded gold medals and certificates. Morale is taken care of at this institution, and a positive temperament is always encouraged.
