Application Process – RNB Global University

At RNB Global University (RNBGU), we follow a transparent, merit-based, and student-friendly admission process to ensure the right fit for academic success.

Step 1: Online Application

• Visit the official website: www.rnbglobal.edu.in

• Click on “Apply Now” and fill out the Online Application Form.

• Choose your preferred course and enter your academic and personal details accurately.

Step 2: Application Fee Payment

• Pay the non-refundable application fee online through secure payment gateways.

• A confirmation email/SMS will be sent upon successful submission and payment.

Step 3: Document Submission

Upload scanned copies of the following documents:

• Marksheet of Class X and XII (or equivalent)

• UG Marksheet (for PG courses)

• Aadhar Card/ID Proof

• Passport-size Photograph

• Entrance Exam Scorecard (if applicable – JEE/CUET/CAT/etc.)

• Transfer/Migration Certificate (at the time of admission)

Step 4: Scholarship Eligibility (Optional)

• Applicants may apply for merit-based or special category scholarships.

• Appear for RBFST (Ram Bajaj Foundation Scholarship Test) or submit scores of national-level exams (CUET, JEE, CLAT, etc.) to be considered.

Step 5: Personal Interview / Counseling Session

• Shortlisted candidates may be called for a Personal Interview (PI) or telephonic/video counseling session depending on the program.

• Career advisors will guide you through course selection and scholarship opportunities.

Step 6: Admission Offer

• Selected candidates will receive a Provisional Admission Letter on their registered email ID.

• This letter contains fee details, scholarship (if applicable), and enrollment steps.

Step 7: Fee Payment and Enrollment

• Pay the enrollment and semester fees as per the timeline to confirm your seat.

• Submit original documents at the time of physical reporting.
