Venkateshwara Open University (VOU) was established through Arunachal Pradesh State Legislative Act, LAW/LEGN-10/2012, Arunachal Pradesh (Act No.10 of 2012). It is an international seat of higher learning and nonprofit foundation. Foreign students residing in India or abroad are eligible to seek admission in VOU programmes.
