Babu Hari Ram Singh Mahavidyalaya is situated in the village of Mandari of Tehsil Sardar district in Allahabad. The college was established with the motive to extend higher education to the people of rural areas and to those who come from a financially weak background. The college is established not only to give modern education for complete development of the students, but also to re-establish the Pride, Historical, Cultural, Social, Educational, Religious and Moral History of Allahabad.
