About College

Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (MGIMS) was established in 1969. It is a part of Gandhi Centenary Program, set up on the soil of Sevagram, Maharashtra. After the approval of the Planning Commission and with the blessings of the president and the prime minister of the country the institute was formed. In 2012-2013, about 70,900 attended the outpatient department of the institute.

Facilities:

Library- Library has a collection of 25851 books and 15932 hard bound journals. The library subscribed 64 national and 154 international journals. Library has subscribed to 2074 e-resources of the digital library.
