This college is a part of huge University named 'Panjab University'. The university is spread in almost two sectors of Chandigarh- sector 14 & sector 25. From the economic point of view, college is quite inexpensive. Wifi is available in almost all department. Senior faculties are quite knowledgeable. The college has its own library from where you can get almost all books. College is trying to start smart classes for which projectors have been installed.

Placement is good. Many companies come for the placement with good salary package. Atleast 60 to 65% students have been placed in the good companies.
