Institute of Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition (IHM), Pusa, New Delhi, generally known as IHM Pusa, is a hospitality educational institute in India.This Institute is the 2ndGovernment institute to start in 1962 under the Ministry of food after IHM Mumbai under the guidance of Sir Belfield Smith. It is known to be the top hotel management institute in the country for the last 5 years in a row because of its discipline,placements, students and faculty. The Institute is governed by the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology setup by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India.
•    It is the first & only Hotel Management institute in India to be HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control) Point approved.
•    The Institute is the only college of Hotel Management in India which is certified for  International placement

The following courses are offered by this premier institute of Hotel Management:

•    Diploma in Food & Beverage Service and Bakery & Confectionery
•    Craftsmanship courses in Food Production & Patisserie and Food & Beverage Service

Under Skill Certification Scheme of Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, courses are offered in Food & Beverage Service (Waiter) and Food Production (Cook).

The institute organizes various extracurricular and co-curricular activities from time to time for the all-round development of the students. It hosts various events, training programmes. Some of the recent ones are:

Kitchen
The institute has the following kitchens:
•    Advance Training Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with ultra modern kitchen gadgets and equipment and is available for 3rd Year students 
•    Quantity Food Kitchen: used by 2nd year students
•    Basic Training Kitchen which familiarizes the first year to the art of food production
•    Larder kitchen which helps the 3rd year and the Craft Course students in food production


IT Infrastructure
•    The computer Laboratory is equipped with LAN network of 60 state of the art computers
•    The Front Office Laboratory which has LAN network of 30 state of the art computers.

Laboratories
The Institute has various laboratories to help the M.Sc students, some of them are:
•    Food Science Laboratory for students of M.Sc. (DFSM)    
•    Micro Biology Laboratory
•    Biochemistry Laboratory

An overview of the fee in the various courses is given. The total fee for:
•    Craftsmanship Course in Food Production is 37,900 (Approx.).
•    Diploma in Food & Beverage Service is 35,850 (INR)
•    Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery is 39,450 (INR).
•    Post Graduate in Accommodation Operation & Management is 34,650 (INR)
All the above courses are duration of 1 year and the total fee is divided in two terms.
For other courses
•    Students have to pay 22,700 (INR) for the course in Craftsmanship Course in Food & Beverage service (CCFBS)
•    For the course of Master of Science in Dietetics & Food Service Management which is a two year course student have to pay 68,200 (INR) annually. The total fee is to be paid in two terms.
•    Students studying Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Hotel Administration have to pay 81,000 (INR) in 1st year, 70,250 (INR) in 2nd year and 78,800 (INR) in 3rd years. The total annual fee has to be paid in two terms.

The Hostel Fees according to the various years is as follows:
•    A total of 36,500 (INR) in 1st year
•    A total of 31,500 (INR) in 2nd year
•    A total of 35,500 (INR) in 3rd year
The annual hostel fee has to be paid in two terms.

      This college is 55 year old but, it is maintained good. rules are maintained and faculty are very good and supporting to students. infrastructure is ok. other than academic there are many cultural and competition are held in the college.
