Government College of Arts, Commerce and Science is known to be a pilot project launched by Government of Goa. Situated at junction of the two most important talukas in Goa, the institute caters to higher education needs and wants of students of nearly 100 villages. It was established with an aim to bring good quality higher education for the youth of Goa.
