Amrita School of Dentistry is one of the biggest dental colleges in Asia. The School of Dentistry was inaugurated by Smt. SushamaSwaraj. The school has autonomous 4 -storey state of the art building which is in an area of 154,000 sq. ft.  The building has clinical dental laboratories, conference center, lecture halls, group discussion area, faculty offices, etc. The objective of the school is to impart value based education in the medical education field. The school offers with undergraduate and postgraduate program in the dental field. It offers with Diploma in Dental Mechanic which is a 2 year program, BDS, which is a 4 year program having 60 seats and M.D.S in Periodontology, Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge, etc. admission is on the basis of exam qualification and (PI) personal interview.
