About College

Fergusson College is the 1st privately governed college of India that was founded in 1885 by the Deccan Education Society. Accredited as A grade college by NAAC, Fergusson College is affiliated to the University of Pune. UGC (University Grants Commission) has awarded this college with College with Potential for Excellence status. It also provides government scholarships to students.
It is located on an area of 65 acres in the heart of Pune city near the slopes Fergusson Hill.
