About College

Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technologies and Research (AIACTR) was established 2001 by govt. of NCT, Delhi as center of excellence by imparting technical education in the field of engineering and Research.

  • College is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi
  • College started with 2 branches (ECE and CSE) with intake of 30 students each. Now college offers 2 undergraduate and 4 post graduate courses.
  • The institute took possession of a sprawling area of 8.5 acres in Geeta colony for a state-of-the-art campus with ultra-modern facilities and lush green ambiance in 2005 and It started operating from the campus in 2008.

  • Library: Library is the soul of college where students can explore various new technological ideas and read books.  Library has 20168 no. of volumes, 3500 no. of titles and 500 CDs ROM. Library also subscribes 23 magazine and 9 newspapers.

Festivals:  

  • Conversance 2003: It was annual techno cultural fest . It was begun as a platform for students to showcase their talents.
  • Naya Savera and Corona 2k5: Were the efforts made by students to gather various ideas generated.
