In BSSA students are prepared to recognize the changing ethos in the area of architectural design, techniques and practice. It also facilitatethe students in incorporating advanced technology and contemporary Designing.

4. Workshop for practical learning: BSSA has a modern workshop which is equipped with all latest machines of international standards for clay, carpentry, and steel. The latest addition is the Laser cutting machine with International standard in the workshop.

5. Intership for corporate experience: At BSSA students spends 15 to 18 weeks of internship for working in Planning, Architectural, and Construction Firms. This gives them a practical exposure and real life experiencing in their stream.

    What is the minimum eligibility for admission?

      Candidate must have passed 10+2 with minimum 50% marks or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board at the first attempt with Mathematics and English compulsory. Candidate Should have a valid NATA Score (Minimum 80 out of 200). Admission Procedure Merit list will be prepared on the basis of the application data in terms of academic marks in 10+2 and NATA Score & The selection will be solely based on merit. In this regard, the decision of the NMIMS will be final and undisputable as also sh
