Strength of IIITB is it's faculty. All PhD from renowned universities (like MIT), very down to earth and approachable. You will have an option of doing projects for startups, NGOs, government agencies (like KSRTC) or your own idea (its completely your choice). It also have foreign exchange program in last semester where you can easily do your thesis in some foreign university instead of internship.
