About College
Central University of Jharkhand, Ranchi was formed under the Central Universities Act of 2009. Dr Darlando T. Khathing was appointed as the first Vice Chancellor of the university by Smt Pratibha Devisingh Patil. The university aims at producing world class students ready to excel in every field with honor & uprightness.

Currently, this college is having a temporary campus. But sooner it will shift to its new and permanent campus of 600 acres. There are many facilities like library, computer lab, physics labs, chemistry labs, biology labs, and many other labs of Ph.D level. Some problems have been emerged recently but erased as the problem popped up. 25% students have a qualified gate in our department and few have also been placed. Faculties are also giving their best to the excellence of the students. They are very qualified.

Some Insurance company comes to take students for internship, but students can themselves choose the company of their choice and do an internship with them. Stipends mainly depend on the basis of company.
