There are Spacious and well-designed class rooms, Wi-Fi facility, Well-stocked library with large stock of books, periodicals, digital resources, journals and reference material, Hi-tech computer lab, Well-equipped laboratories, Indoor and outdoor sports facilities and In-house medical facilities are available. Faculty includes industry leaders with high percentage of Ph.D. holders. It conducts seminars and workshops.

Admission criteria for 1) B.Tech - 10+2 from any recognized state or national board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as subjects and minimum 45% marks in qualifying exam (40% in case of SC, ST, OBC categories). 2) M.Tech - B.Tech or AMIE (Associate Member of Institute of Engineers) with at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC categories) As decided by HP Govt.
