There is an official entrance test but rest assured admission process is very simple and straightforward. No previous cutoffs are required for eligibility. Anyone can sit for the examination and secure an admission to Apeejay Stya University. The admission process has been designed to prevent the student from going through any hassle.

Since student strength is less compared to a traditional university like IIT or NIT or SRM, don't expect to see companies which prefer mass recruiting. Hence companies like TCS, Cognizant won't come for hiring. Corporate Resource Center (CRC) hence will help you find relevant companies and jobs that are more suitable to a student's preferences. After which the interview is pretty much the students ball game. But the support that the administration provides is excellent, provided the student is willing to put a little effort from their sides. So this is not the place for students who expect that a job will land on their feet because of university brand but if the student shows potential this is a place that opens up a lot of roads and opportunities for any student irrespective of their background to explore.
Fees & Scholarships
Since this is a private university, no loan option is available as far as my memory serves. ( I am not aware of any new changes) But scholarships are brilliant that really help financially challenged students a lot. I myself was a 90% scholarship student and it really helped me to go through my university life with no financial stress.
Academics & Faculty
Support of faculty: Truly amazing ( faculty helped me all the way through my bachelors at every step of the way) Theoretical and Practical Knowledge: at par with top universities (including open and core courses for the over and all around development of students). Regularity of classes: differs as you go along. I can't really say anything about that.
College Infrastructure
All of the mentioned facilities are there including two basketball courts and a football court. Gym, although a little small, has all the necessary equipment and tools necessary for aesthetic development including a gym trainer. University has open access to the internet for all students. The library has an abundant collection of books. Speaking of University infrastructure, Apeejay Stya University is a big campus but it is not as huge as JNU, IIT or other such traditional universities.
Food Services & Hostel
Rooms and washrooms are really amazing and clean. With the staff cleaning around the clock, throughout the day hygiene is stellar throughout the university. Food is like usual hostel menu, definitely better than government institutions, The menu is adaptable since mess committee also changes on a periodic basis and consist only of students with minimal interference from the teachers.

hehe nice joke.. my 4 year avg cgpa is 4.0/4.3 and i cleared all the interviews yet didnt got any job at any of the companies there...but yeah for sure you will get data entry job from thier company of 8k somthing and dont belive them who ever found jobs on that university have found it on there own. and they put thier name on desk saying that they have provided them with this job/intership..

if u are 80%+ in 12th then even fees after scholarship 60k , odd sem fees would be 75k, else you 1lakh+ go to different university nothing is there even i know more than most of the teachers there .

lab are fine cause of bio departments , computer lab sucks , library sucks doesnt have books and most are outdated and librarian itself is creepy he take picture of girls and stares them , sport complex ? what is this hahaa... Out PT teacher is racist , casteist and gender bias he does back bitching and he is pandit and hate all baniyas. Gym only for hostlers and faculty you cant even enter it. wifi ahahahhahahahahahahahahahah... even 2g is faster than it and one more thing even 2g signals wont reach college so your dommed

one girl fainted from Food Poisoning after eating fro canteen , food is unhygenic and every this is costly the sell samosa for 90rs and its just crust with 5days old filling which will smell like shit.. Please look for a better place

Admission process , based on your score of 12th Get scoholrship, my course faculty was gud. , College fees is expensive below 90 %, above 90% 10 thousand per year only! hostel is perfect in that fees 1 lakh for two people. for single 1 lakh 10 thousand, hostel food is good. Placement problem is there.

Internship is been offered on the basis of the knowledge and skills with interviews conducted. The students also get an opportunity to get an internship in the Defense and Research Development Organisation. The placements are off drive and as well as in campus. The amplitude practice papers are provided to the students so that they can improve in their respective domain. The students gets an opportunity to work in top notch companies like HCL, Aircel, Airtel, Accenture, Dell, Mozilla and many more. The minimum package offered to student is 2.5 Lakh and it can exceed on the basis of knowledge of an individual candidate.
Fees & Scholarships
Scholarships are provided on the percentage scored in 12 th board exams and as well as on JEE Mains scores. The loan Facility is been provided and the required documents are provided by the university. Fees are needed to be submit in time otherwise the student is not allowed to attend the classes. Students can pay their fees either by cheque, cash or depositing the fees in the given account details provided by the account departments.
Academics & Faculty
75% attendance is compulsory. If the student doesn't meet the required attendance than the student is not eligible to give the final exams. The regularity of classes are must. The faculty members work hard on individual to strengthen the range of knowledge by letting the students to do research work as well. Practical knowledge evaluation is of 60% and theoritical knowledge is evaluated for 40%. Great and awesome experience to work very close with the faculty members and also gettiing an opportunity to work in DRDO. Faculty members are very supportive and cooperative. They are available 24 x 7 for the students. Faculty members provide their contact numbers and create groups for interacting and solving the problems off campus.
College Infrastructure
Labs are comprised of latest technologies and Cloud infrastructure is also been maintained. Library decorum is fabulous. No mobiles are allowed inside the library and each student is provided with it's own cabin where they can study and silent atmosphere is been provided. Great Sport facilities are provided and the students are also taken to different colleges for competition and some of them further moves to national level. Gym trainer is provided and great facilities and coordination with the trainer makes the life of gym more easy and en joyful. Wifi support is also magnificent. If the net problems are going on then the IT department resolves it within a day.
Food Services & Hostel
The rooms provided in hostel are fully furnished. Two types of rooms are offered : AC and non - AC rooms. Which are further divided for Single Accommodation or Double Accommodation. The quality of food is also good. But if I compare the quality of the food of mess and canteen. Than I need to say the quality of the food provided by the canteen is awesome. The cleanliness of the hostel is done after every 2 hours so that hygienic atmosphere is been provided to the students. No ragging is been held as if somebody caught than they will be expelled for one year. No alcoholic, harmful elements are entertain in hostels as well as in campus.

It is one of the best universities in Gurgaon, be in terms of education, academic facilities, infrastructure, placements, campus ambience etc. Student-oriented & driven clubs are also there. The university has a good industry approach and guarantees the placement of all the deserving students. Overall, students enjoy the competitiveness level prevailing within the campus. There are good teaching faculty.
