About College
Gujarat Technological University is a public statewide institution that was established in 2007 by the Government of Gujarat vide Gujarat Act No. 20 of 2007. It is affiliated to University Grants Commission. This State University has 486 affiliated colleges in 5 zones: Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Rajkot, and Surat. GTU offers a large number of Diploma, Under Graduate, Post Graduate, and Doctorate level programs in the fields of Engineering, Architecture, Management, Pharmacy and Computer Science.
The campus of the university is in Nr.Vishwakarma Government Engineering College, Nr.Visat Three Roads, Visat-Gandhinagar Highway, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The Training and Placement cell is offering the best candidates at one location. At the same time single point of contact to offer better services to industries. Industries may arrange campuses at all seven places for that region or they can merge and make two or three centres as per the need of the industries.
